Odenssnus, what's good? What's not so good?

So I have decided to make an order with Odenssnus and have only ever tried 2 of their products, Ving 99 (not a fan at all) and Original portion (I quite liked it).

I want to branch out a bit, now I know I'm wanting some Islay, but I want to try some of their loose and could do with some advice.

I like the classic snus flavour the best really and was wondering which is the most classic and everyday'y?

And with the portions, what's good? what's not so good? preferably not so flavored but I'm open to suggestions.

Also what's their delivery time like?

The no3 lös is excellent, and is the equal of any bergamot snus made.

yeah I had a little look around and I think I might go for that, would you advise no3 portion or would Islay be suitable for an everyday snus? It just seems a bit to "special" for every day.

This! The original lös is also very good too, I use both regularly.

I don't use many portions, but I think either would be suitable for an every day snus. They're both classic snus, and neither has an unusual flavor that would be easy to burn out on. The only danger is they could become less special, but you can get that with any snus. I happily use Ettan after 8 years, and I still look forward to opening a new tin.

                  Some of my favorites:

I miss the Oden's Creamy Wintergreen - it was the only wintergreen snus I ever got into. No clue why they delisted that one and added "Pure Wintergreen". If that one was still around I'd suggest it. The Pure Wintergreen is too much wintergreen, tastes like the American stuff I don't like.

                  Oden's 29 (Apple) is very good - http://chadizzy1.blogspot.com/2013/1...s-extreme.html

Olde Ving Fudge is utterly delicious - http://chadizzy1.blogspot.com/2013/0...-may-2013.html

                  Oden's Lakrits - http://chadizzy1.blogspot.com/2012/0...uary-2012.html
(I'm not a licorice fan, but this and General Licorice are the only two that I've went through more than a can of and bought more)

                  Oden's Extreme Vanilla - http://chadizzy1.blogspot.com/2012/0...-overseas.html
                  Very good taste.

As far as for everyday use - I'd suggest Olde Ving Original, really good taste - http://chadizzy1.blogspot.com/2010/0...-may-2010.html

                    From the Los side

                    Extreme Los

                    Odens Original ES

                    No. 3 regular strength
(I have not been able to try the No.3 ES.....Northerner has been out of stock for some time now......I can't wait to try it)

Of the two Kanels/cinnamon offerings (designated by #59) both are worth a try.......but I give a slight nod to the Odens Original 59 (vs the Extreme 59). I think the sweeter tobacco base in the Original goes nicely with the darker (almost smokey) notes of the cinnamon

One final note......to date my favorite Old Ving was the Ginger......I hope GN brings this one back......it was very good
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

Thanks everyone, I've just noticed that odenssnus.eu doesn't seem to do the whole range of GN products? Aren't they one of the main GN suppliers?

Odenssnus IS GN tobacco - it's a direct line! But they set up the website to openly help get snus to the EU.

There are some brands and flavours which are specifically made for their Russian market which don't appear on the website.

Sometimes wrong and sometimes right .... but ALWAYS certain!!!

GN Tobacco set out to re-do the whole Odens range. I think he surpassed even his own expectations. The man's a genius and the snus is exceptional.

Are you sure that the creamy wintergreen is delisted? I just found this in their site: http://www.odenssnus.eu/odens-creamy...e-portion/34-0
