anyone else waiting for SKRUF STARK from Northerner?

Hi Everyone

Is anyone else waiting on skruff stark los from northerner . I placed my order 10 days agao and sent an e-mail to them as i still had not recieveed
shipping confirmation. They wrote back and told me that the items were temporarily out of stock and would be sent to me when stock is available, or i could have a refund.
Thats fine i suppose , but why didn't they write to me and tell me , instead of me having to chase them up? if your going to advertise something for sale on a website it seems to me
you should make damn sure it is available for sale . It was only a small order and i don't really want a refund as the Skruf stark los is the only thing that appeals to me on the website
or any of the websites that ship to the EU for that matter. I am only mildly annoyed , but thought i would see if this has happened to anyone else before, particularly with the skruf strak los
and if so , is there any way of determining how long i may have to wait ? i am down to my last can of Swedish match - goteburgs rape los- and the only other snus i have is phantom brown
which makes me feel sick , two cans of that .

I have had that happen in the past with Northerner as well. There is a delay between when an item is ordered and actually processed due to time differences, so orders placed but not processed prior to my order likely exhausted the available inventory when my order was up for processing. When I ordered the item it showed as in stock but when I didn't get confirmation e-mail the following day I logged into my account, clicked on the order and the order status was noted as pending out of stock. I cancelled and ordered another type, as I know out of stock times can vary greatly. I would check with Joanna at Northerner johanna@northerner.com and see if she has any idea when stock will be replenished, so you can plan accordingly. Also, I would start a ticket from your login and ask the same question.

I just checked the website to the EU that ships from US and Skruf Stark los shows as Out of Stock, so not sure what Burnsey is viewing.

I save my least desirable brands as backup as well and just stare at them when an order is processing thinking man I hope I don't have to crack any of these tins. lol

I am in the uk though , time difference is one hour. I think the problem is that they're just incompetent

The warehouse for EU orders of Skruf is in the USA, so yes there is a time difference of 6 hrs. Do you know how to monitor your orders thru your login on Northerner? If so, the back order would have been viewable next business day, no need to sit on your hands for a week.

Good to hear that it is back in stock this week. I am sure you would rather be cracking a can today, as I would as well but at least you know now when you can expect the order to ship.

I hear you.... I was extremely pissed when I placed on order just after Christmas and the order didn't actually ship out until Jan 2. I gave them a wtf, as I saw a couple working days in there that my order could have shipped sooner but in the end I received my order and got over it but at the time I was very frustrated/pissed and was out of the good stuff.

Seriously, get your dad a couple bottles of the Asthma Aide whether he continues smoking or not. The product specifically states it is effective for current and former smokers.

Hey Thunder, you are a little late to this thread. The item was listed as out of stock and is back in stock now from US to EU. Do you have some interest in Skruf los to EU?

This is a concern to me as well......with the huge inventory they must have, can they exist without a point of sale software which automatically updates the sales site for customers to see? I am still holding off on a first order from Northerner......
