      This has never happened with buysnus.....oh how i miss being able to order from buysnus, 7 working days every time without fail.....

        Well speaking as a person that has placed over 50 orders with Northerner, I can assure you that there is nothing to fear except fear itself. In fact, I just placed an order for 3 rolls today. One of the snus brands was not in stock and the Northerner system would not even allow me to place an order for it. Go ahead, stick your toe in. Place an order and let us know how it goes from start to finish.

                I have orderred from northerner before , a few times. This particular problem has never happened before

                        Northerner has point of sale software. The system should recognize immediately when the last product is sold, however it's doesn't take into count human error such has miscount when doing stock takes etc. Northerner does stock takes as often as possible in order to reconcile inventory counts in system vs actual in warehouse to minimize having to tell customers the website indicated the wrong information...there is no foolproof inventory system when humans are involved.

                          Piks this isnt a problem on any other website though. Instead of telling everyone they are wrong whenever they have any problem with Northerner maybe Northerner should just stop letting people down. I understand you like Northerner and they always work out for you but how can you keep seeing people come on here with problems no matter how minor and tell them they are wrong. Northerner has definitely improved and has a wider variety but to even pretend they are on par with keeping customers satisfied is an absolute joke.

                            I am seeing very few people report problems post Northerner working out bugs with new website and moving warehouse for shipments to US to Sweden which was sometime ago btw. Dude, you never even placed an order in the last 12 months, so your opinion doesn't carry much weight. I know you prefer BuySnus great, I hope they are successful just like I would hope for any other snus vendor. Not really sure what you mean by don't pretend they are on par with keeping customers satisfied. Well I order nearly every month and I am extremely satisfied with the order process, the selection, the prices, the fast shipping and the excellent customer service. I have never told anyone they are wrong if they have a problem with Northerner. I respectfully consider the issue to determine what the real issue might be. If I was having an issue with ordering from BuySnus you would chime in and offer advise...correct? I am doing the same. You are experienced with ordering from BuySnus and I am experienced with ordering from Northerner. I am qualified to offer opinions on Northerner from being a long time customer and ordering on a very regular basis. You are not qualified to offer opinions on Northerner due to lack of experience and/or usage. You stated that you tried to place an order with Northerner but couldn't get past the age verification?? I offered to even go online with you and Johanna form Northerner asked you point blank for all of us to see how she could help and asked for more information and you just said forget it. Supposedly you spent hours trying to get past the age verification but someone asks you a question that will take all of about 5-10 minutes of your time to resolve your reported issue that you supposedly spent hours on and that is unacceptable? If you really are serious about placing an order on Northerner then I am offering to buy you 6 tins and cover shipping for the snus you originally said you wanted to buy from Northerner. The condition would be that we would do it online together where I can view your screen as you process the order and I will report back exactly what issues we had if any and we will note every step of the process, from initial order, order verification, when order ships and when order was received. I am willing to put my money where my mouth is... are you?

                              I just completed an order last week with Northerner and everything went fine. To me there is no difference between them and buysnus, now that they worked out their issues.

                                Apparently Thunder doesn't realize that Northerner is the largest snus seller in the world and is growing so fast they struggle to keep up. That said.....for every **** up they have there are literally thouands of satisfied customers....that never have reason to complain. Its only the few times they **** up that people come here to complain. Personally I've been buying from them for years and I can't remember even one **** up of any consequence.

                                Also, if it wasn't for Northerner supporting the site there may not be a snuson. I guess Thunder does not understand that lil gem.
