I'd imagine if you really wanted to quit nicotine all together it would be much easier weening yourself down to lower snus nicotine levels than any type of cigarettes.

One thing I've noticed over the years is that while I'm still addicted to nicotine with snus, the cravings aren't as intense. When I smoked, the FIRST thing I had to do in the morning is smoke at least two cigs. With snus, I can go hours and hours without snus...even first thing in the morning. Even when I leave the house without my snus in the morning...I don't get that "OH SHIT" panicked feeling.

I went two weeks before I cracked. I bought a pack the other day and I feel a shamed. But It's a working progress. All my friends and family smoke, so to go two weeks before breaking is some what impressive to me. Mainly It's a big meal and morning when I want one the most. I think I need to order some extra strong snus next order to kill the hard carvings

Agree 100%, but nicotine is not the main health concern. Nicotine is about as harmful as caffeine and like caffeine, nicotine does provide some health benefits. The issue is using smoking as the delivery system for receiving nicotine.

I either put in a sterk or two TillCe's and I am good to go. I actually hate to smoke in AM, as it throws my whole day off.

I wouldn't panic either if I left home without my snus. I would just turn around and go get it or hit a Speedway on the way to work for a General snus pick-up.
