    Shrinking Snus Stash

So I just counted for the first time in a long time, and I am down to 43 snus cans in the freezer. This is the fewest cans that I have had in almost 5 months!!

I am really trying to draw down my stash before I re-order. I am thinking of letting it get down to 10 cans, before I order another 70 -80 cans again. But I don't know if I can wait that long!! My face gets sad now when I open the freezer and I don't see it filled to the top with snus. Having lots of snus makes me happy!!

Oh well, I will try and suffer through this great deprivation. :P :P

You poor thing! However do you survive such horrible conditions? Only 43 cans? Oh! The humanity.

I haven't even had 43 cans total in my Snus career. Of course it's only been a month and a half since my first order.

haha! Yeah, I'm at a new record-high with 21 stored, unopened cans and maybe a dozen open ones, with two-dozen to arrive hopefully this week! But yeah, I'm gonna stock up this fall, as Mr. Unloadingzone mentioned in an old blog of his, that buysnus.com shipping takes forever and a day during the holidays.

TBD, one day, you WILL wake up and be shocked when you realize just how many cans you have in the freezer. It's inevitable!!

It took me almost a year before I started hoarding. I had always reordered when I was down to 4 cans. And Buysnus always came through. That is, until one didn't and I ran out. That so traumatized me, that I went to having 30 cans, then 50 cans, 60 cans, and finally, this last time, to over 80 cans in the freezer.

I can not tell you just how happy it always made me to see that kind of personal stash every day. Truly, I felt like a rich man cause I had all that snus. Why I feel a bit poorer today.

            I still have 200+ tins :^P

I'll have to pull them all out one day and get an accurate count. I have them in 2 different freezers though, so it's a bit of a PITA.

                  i feel your pain

Yes I must say I'm starting to feel the same way. I've been off the cigarettes now for over a month and have become hooked on snus. I've got maybe 30 cans in the fridge and I'm contemplating making another order. Last week there was such a delay with my buysnus order that it scared me and made me want to stock-pile. Strange thing is I was panicking after having not received my order at day 8 because it always took 5 days. Yet I still had 10 cans in the fridge? I love the snus, and to be without it would really suck. I hope my orders always arrive, and I hope uncle same will never become involved. --amen

I'm ready to place another order myself. Problem is I mentioned it to my wife first. I would have been better off just ordering and telling her after the deed was done.

So I have a dozen cans in the freezer, and 6 or 8 in the fridge. Big deal there's a can on my end table and one on the bathroom sink. Hey think of all the money I save on hair care products. (unwillingly)
I trade snus when I can and try to keep my stash to what I've found I like, but there's still a few I haven't tried. I'm down to my last can of Nick and Johny and have run out of West. Only have one can of mocca +tobacco left. Jeesh.

I don't complain when she stocks up on detergent at the wholesale store. It would be different if I could stop at the corner store to get a can of the new snus variety, or pick up a favorite when I'm almost out.

I have been trying to hold off for cooler weather since reading about some of the recent shipping delays, but the same argument could be made for stocking up.

                    Happy wife = happy life.
                    being snus-less = unhappy life

she'll get over it. I'll just wait til she notices it on the bank statement and deal with her then. Perhaps the florist will be running a special.

Yeah, I'm getting sick of all the extra cans I have that I don't use. I just bought a roll each of Skruf Stark loose and N&J Regular, which is all I find I need. Enough with experimentation. I'll enjoy the clean slate.

Could also be that complicated times require some purging, and that I'll regret it later. Feck it.
