    Store bought General Classic Blend

Well, after looking at some soon to expire coupons, I happened to spot a General snus fridge at a gas station yesterday.
$3.79 with a dollar off is still a real ripoff with the coffin can only having 12 portions. Was fresh and tolerable snus....but do the math and only chumps would continue buying at those prices. Was a novelty though, and no additional coupons were in the used portion space. Only the second can I have ever bought in a store. I will stick with rolls from overseas.

Dammit! I forgot about all of the $1.50 off General coupons that I have. They're expired now. My local gas station has the 24 portion cans for just over $3 each, but only mint and regular white portion. I always keep some of those in the freezer for emergencies, or the Zombie Apocalypse.

Walen, I've been making out like a bandit on these local sales. The other day I bought 10 cans of General loose for $25 total including sales tax. The tobacco store had to order it for me and it took 3 weeks.

About a month ago I found 20 cans of General White for $2 per can and I had 20 - $1.50 off coupons in my wallet. Total cost (tax and all) - 67 cents each! Into the freezer they went. It's easy once I caught on to the rhythm of the sales.

Believe it or not ... Snus can indeed exist in shop form ... At Stavanger airport I was like a kid in a candy shop!

I wish they had shops like this in the US. I would be in heaven. I spot my favorite snus there in rolls too! I love me my Nick and Johnny Radical Red.

Today I saw a tiny General snus fridge at the convenience store down the street. At the top of the fridge there was a little blue LCD display that read 199. I asked the clerk if that was the price. Indeed it was. And there was a one dollar off coupon under the label!

Unfortunately, they only had white, mint, and wintergreen. No Original or Mini Mint, which are usually the only US general snuses I buy. But whatever, for the price it's definitely good for a "zombie apocalypse" stockpile.

I wish that tiny fridge was for sale! It probably held about 12 cans in 3 rows.

I would have walked out of there nic drunk

By the way........The big general sale never hit the shops in my area.........at least I never saw it.....and i looked........I would have picked up a roll or two at $1 a can.........even if it was just to give away
When it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers

I guess the white or probably even the mint is simply the "classic" blend neway. Course the mint has those notes.
