congrats on quitting as well for your personal desire to save $ and not being able to use with your nootropic. However, overall I don't view quitting snus like I do cigarettes were it something one should or needs to do. On the Ciltep...from what I have read it is not dangerous but just that nicotine potentiates the effects of Ciltep which actually some people may even prefer but you would have to try with and without to know which you prefer, if you want to go down that road.

I agree on the detox...works wonders. Anytime I was going cold turkey on cigarettes I did detox tea for a couple days and the physical withdrawls were much easier to manage.

I meant the free mutually desired kind of sex where no money is exchanged but in the end we all know it still costs us.

Haha...cost even more in the end but exclusivity comes with a higher overall price tag then pay as you go.

Quitting snus is easy. Like piks said abstaining gets hard. But if you want to abstain, well.. never abstained too long!
To snus or not to snus. That is not the question

Nope none whatsoever. It is much easier than I was led to believe.

You're right! It is so easy! What a fool I am for never realising until now!

I've now gone 30 minutes without a snus in - and actually it's fine!

Now I've proved to myself I can do it ... I think I'll have some snus to celebrate!

Sometimes wrong and sometimes right .... but ALWAYS certain!!!

I said pretty because I'll still have occasional, brief, cravings. Have you ever quit coffee? Long after the physical addiction is over, the psychological addiction persists.

Still, easier than giving up food.
