Do you have routines about your snus use? Like the first one with the breakfast/coffee and then after lunch etc. How many prillas per day do you use and when?

When I take one out I put one in.
I go through 3 tins in 4 days. -
I limit myself to 3 portions and one prilla per day, unless it's the weekend and I'm going out for drinks or something like that
During the week, I always use the first portion around 12 PM, the second around 5 PM and the third around 8 PM. The prilla is around 10 PM

I eat with them unconsciously but I usually take out after eating and do a finger scrap to get out any trapped food that the snus was trappng. I have bitten as well as out right swallowed. Swallowing unintentionally is better than biting imo. I always go to sleep with a Northerner, Northerner as in snus....

One in the morining after breakfast, one after lunch, one in the afternoon around 5PM, one after dinner. That's my standard routine on working days. Then sometimes I use more, if I'm going out and drinking, or if I'm on vacation
