BuySnus wont take my money

Anybody else have a problem with check-out over there?

Everytime I put in my e-mail or user ID and password, the screen will refresh, but nothing happens. Then I try to register under a different e-mail and I get errors.

I sent their support an e-mail on the 18th and still haven't heard a thing.

I ordered some stuff last week and everything went fine.

It might be something as simple as they were backing up at the time you wanted to send.

I tried that on a problem I had and all I got was a dialog box that said "The problem resides between the keyboard and the chair" :lol:

Try logging in before you check out, instead of doing it when you're ready to checkout. I know that buysnus, and many of us here are aware of the problem of load times and stalling or site crash once you enter your credit card info and hit continue, but I've never heard of this one, granted I always log in first, then shop.

Tried this too. The screen will refresh, but that's about it.

I think something was must have been wacky with their site\database when I signed up because BuySnus recognizes my username\e-mail address when I try to register again, but the site will not fill in my info when I try to check-out.
I guess the only other option is to use a different e-mail and user name altogether because their support folks haven't replied to two e-mails, one sent 2 weeks ago.
