What makes a Sterk a Sterk?

I was wondering as to what do the strong snusses contain to give them a higher nicotine content than originals, its not the size (if you have seen the mocca+ sterks you know what I mean). Is the tobacco more ripe? :?: havent seen this disscused here just curious..
