Snus that has turned on you

Which Snus has turned on you?

You used to love it........bought like 5 rolls of it when there was an online sale........midway through the first roll..........it turned on you.........now you can't stand it

    For me it was:

    Knox Los
    Kronan Los
    Pioneer Los

    :confusion:

Kronan Los, for sure. Still have about eight cans in the freezer. Hmm. It's been a few years; I may have to break that out again.

In fact Kronan Los and Portions both turned on me. Bastards.

Not too crazy about Oden's ES, Knox, or Gots Anis. And I may never use that last can of Level.

On the other hand, I got to where I did not like Skruf, but just a few days ago (after several years) I unearthed a can of Skruf Stark portions and finished that up with relish. I wouldn't mind a can of regular Skruf portions right now.

ETA: Forgot Taboca. Used to love the stuff. Although I just checked and all my Taboca OP is gone. Guess I used all that up back in the day. Still have a bunch of cans of los and at least 20 cans of strong mini (mini-shudder, although I am using them some).

Tre Ankare. Used to be my absolute favorite, but now I can´t stand the smell from a distance.

I almost put Skruf on the turn list..............used to love it then could not stand it.......but I think the issue was quality control from the production side of things.....and not my taste changing........recently I revisited it on reports that the quality issues were fixed.........while it is not the product it once was.........it is an enjoyable snus once again.....so I left it off my list

Ettan op has been a consistent turner for me....I love it for a can or two and then it turns too chocolaty and I give it a break for a while and repeat....
I liked the Skruf op, but I agree that there must have be or has been a manufacturing quality issue there, I gave up on it.......
Of course, there are some that just never taste right and one can is enough......

              Ettan and Gottenborg Rape.

At first loved Ettan and its light chocolate and leather notes. By my third tin, the taste made me want to vomit. Didn't want to sit well with me.

Sad thing is the only one I use now that's tolerable and readily available is General Mint

Jakobbson's Classic Strong. Used to be my go-to, would buy rolls of it, but recently, I find I just can't keep it in for more than 15 minutes without spitting it out. Now my go-to is G.3 Extra Strong Slim White Portion.

Oh, and by the way, yes, I am still here LOL

It's been a while, but when I had both Ettan and Grov, I'd use Ettan until it got too chocolaty/muddy, then switch to Grov, which at first would be a nice change, then it would gradually become brassy, at which point Ettan would taste good again....

Thunder frosted. I have no idea why, but I used to love the stuff. Now I cant stand it. I get sick if I smell it.

                      Thunder Frosted
                      Grov Lös
                      Nick & Johnny Green Spyke
                      Oden's Extreme 59

all the above I can't touch now except the Grov and N&J, Grov portions have always been amazing but I went off the Lös for a while, now it's nice for the occasional can but I stick to the portions. N&J I used to use daily, then just went off it, now it's ok from time to time but it does get too sweet.

I basically just use general and oden's no3 now with regular approaches from roda and GR.

thunder climbs out the can and offers me outside for a fight.

that's how much it turns on me.

I've had one that turned on me in a good way. When I first got N&J Captain Yankee I though it was OK. By the end of the roll I was actually enjoying it.
