I don't know if any of you are fans of good ole english snuff but every time I pop in Mr Andersson's best I get an overwhelming flavour of fribourg and treyer's high dry toast. does anyone else get this or is it just my tobacco addled mind trying to build patterns?
Islay whisky snus has a strange resemblance to high dry toast by fribourg & treyer ??

I love both, but don't get that. I compare it to Indian coffee. (I am a coffee roaster. (Take green coffee and then roast, grind and brew. A cup of coffee takes in total 20 or so minutes to make, but it worth it. It could be me... but I get this with Islay and onyx.

Yeah I think your probably right about the ole tobacco being the similarity, I really only get hints of it when poke the portion from the bottom with my tong and I taste that little poof of tobacco'y air. It's a darn nice poof I can tell you ;P
