SnusDirect.com Problems

Hey Guys..

Long time no post....Anyone having issues with Snusdirect.com? I try to spread the love around to different online vendors and almost all vendors ship my order the same day.(quite impressive actually)However, I placed an order with SnusDirect recently and it's been a few days with no ship info and no response to my emails asking what's up?

Not happy with this recent transaction as I am soooo use to quick shipping that I plan my order just in time so I don't run out..Now that theroy is bust.

I've never bought from them, but they did have a Christmas Sale, so it seems that they're still open. ???

Yeah that's the deal I went with..I have ordered and corresponded with the owner before and all was well. One time they did have a delay but they made up for it and at least communicated with me. Now, I have a couple hundred bucks floating out there with no communication for a few days and that is a little worrisome..

I WANT to give smaller companies like SnusDirect.com my business because that's the kind of guy I am but I still expect killer customer care and that's not happening on this order..

I think everyone was off New Years Eve and New Years day - Everything should be back to normal so hopefully you will have your order soon! Good luck!

Well...Another day and nothing from SnusDirect.com..This is beginning to look ugly..I am going to give them till Monday to at least respond to my emails. I have recommend them in the past so I feel I owe it to you guys and girls to let you know of any bad companies out there.. As of now I am still hopeful but my money is gone and I have heard nothing from them..I will let be posting a warning to not shop with these guys anymore on here and my websites if this continues..
