Northener Issues, Again

Anyone else jump on the free shipping offer two weeks ago? Well I did.

My orders arrived Tuesday and my second larger order had 2 wrong items (I ordered Jak's Strong Mint and they sent me Jak's Classic Strong) so No biggie I placed a Help Desk ticket three days ago and still no reply, did Northerner go out of business or is this typical Customer Support?

I swore to myself I would never order from them again but the free shipping suckered me in and without fail they messed up.

SnusCentral on the other-hand is the best place I've ordered from so far. I will be sticking with them from now on, with a 110% better selection of Snus and lightning fast shipping you can't go wrong.

They actually replied within minutes to a question I had.

Northerner really needs to step up their game or just give up. :distress: Over on ECF forums a few members had wrong items shipped with their recently placed orders so I know its not just me.

That's a shame. For a brief moment, it looked like they almost cared about customer service. Hope they eventually get back to you.

Finally got an update from Northerner regarding my order - They issued a store credit and used this credit to send me 2 Jak's Strong Mints. Also, advised me to keep the Jak's Classic Strong.

Yeah, I give Northerner credit, they try and they made it right.

If they can improve Customer service response times I would order from them more often.
