What's your latest Snus purchase?

When I first began to use snus there were only the 4 General products available. I kind of liked the wintergreen. The others were too tobaccoie flavor for me. Now that there are 3k varieties its pretty easy to find a flavor one likes.

Recently my heart took a real bad turn and I should have quit tobacco altogether but I love snus. So I found a white snus with real low nic and a good flavor for me. I turned against coffee snus somewhat and have been using Helwit Mocha. Its a bit sweet but has a nice burn with low nic. Now when my doctor asks if I use tobacco my answer can be no.

Yes Premium Parrots i’m different i do like the tobacco snus without flavours generally. I am not a fan of wintergreen!

I had high blood pressure last year I think due to nicotine and caffeine and I was thinking about lowering my nic dose lower than regulars. I don’t get on with the nicotine pouches. I was going to try some mini tobacco snus portions but, touch wood, my blood pressure is better due to changes in circumstance.

I didn't like the pouches either. I used 8mg snus but needed to either quit or lower the nic due to my heart. It took a bit to find a pouch I liked but I did.....ya just have to find the right one, then pray they don't discontinue it lol. I preferred real tobacco but had to make a change. A friend in the UK just told me about IQOS and that sounds interesting but I'm not going out of my way to try it. I'm happy with the Helwit Mocha, flavor lasts for hours and hours and the 4.5 nic is just enough for me.

I hear you PP. if I was to lower my nic I think I would try the General minis - not a good option for you as no wintergreen/mint/etc available as far as I can see.

The iQos would be higher nic than your Helwit Mocha I think.

If I am walking up a steep hill I try not to take nic but save it for descending.

This is right. All IQOS tobacco sticks give you about the same amount of nicotine as a full-strength cigarette.

Welcome Mattias, that siberia is pretty high in nic for me. I think my heart would explode. After being on 4.3mg nic for bout 6 months when I use a regular 8mg now I can really feel the nic...and thats not good with my issues. Actually I need to stop using tobacco altogether but I'm a diehard. lol

some stuff to sample before I load the freezer:

Lundgrens Skane Slim, Osterlen Slim, and Norrland Sterk, and a tin of Skruf Los.

For everyday use I’m looking at the lower nic slims and being careful with pris size on the Los.

I got the sterk to tempt fate with the chocolate shotgun.
