BTW...The first version of Islay they tested was los

It was very good

Then after the test they released it in portions.

I am glad to see it finally being released as los.........hopefully they will do the same with the fudge...... the Fudge is fantastic as los

I am only an occasional loose user, but would try a couple of tins of the Islay loose for sure.....white portions...not so much.....

I just ordered the Islay Whiskey Snus and can't wait to try when I get it in the mail. Being deployed in Africa I have show my friend the order I want and he orders it for me in the States and sends it to me here. Takes longer but he said that he liked it.

I finally got my Snus package and I didn't taste anything but a lot of salt in the Snus, I gave some to the guys I work with and we weren't to impressed by it.
I guess because I'm a girl and I like the mint and fruit flavors better. Keeping the can though. Other then that, it it is not my go to Snus. Still trying a little bit of everything.

I remember when this first came out GN gave us some sample in los. At first the flavor was pretty sedate and nondescript......I then went on a trip and so instead of having the can in the fridge.....I had it in my pocket......being warm caused a whole host of flavors to be released.

This may not work for you........and Isly may never be your go to snus......but it might be worth a try if for nothing else than making a rather bland snus more interesting.....stick it in you pocket and keep it a bit warmer and see what happens.

Thanks for the tip. I'm in Africa so it should warm up real fast on the boat on a 12 hour watch. I'm in the Navy so long days on mission and the water. The best Snus that works for me on the water is Gotenborgs Rape XR large white. I find I like the white portions the best because they don't drip as fast.

UPDATE.... Islay whiskey snus in Los has been released at snuscentral and it is cheap as dirt AND it's in 50 gram cans, like $2 and change a can. BUY SOME
