I just received an order of 23 cans from snus24.com I ordered 10 cans of jakkobbsons wintergreen and 10 of mint a jakk wintergreen mini portion and two cans of nick and Johnny crushed ice one white and the other strong portion. I was satisfied with my order until I looked at the back of my nick and johnnys crushed ice white can, the portion was kinda dry and I noticed my can expired on June of 2015 I am aggravated I received an out of date can, I was wondering if any one else experienced this problem from snus24 or am I the only one? I sent them an email so hopefully I will either get my money back or an in date shipment or something.

That's not good, if they sent you that. Double check the dates; I've never ordered from them, but remember, snus from Sweden has the European date (i.e. "Bäst Före 06102015" means "Best Before Oct 06, 2015")

Well at closer inspection I found out the date that said June of 2015 was the production date, it said tillverkat beside it which translates to produced or manufactured so the can wasn't expired, just a mess up on my part lol however I emailed the company last night before I seen the manufacture date and I got a quick response with an apology and they said if I sent them the pics of the out of date can try would be more than happy to ship me fresh ones. I will be emailing them back telling them it was a mistake on my part, I am very happy with this company and will probably use them more in the futureComment

SNUS24 DOES NOT RESPOND to snuson's pm system or their own messaging system. The dates on Swedish snus cans are indicated in the European date format, which is dd mm yyyy or yyyy mm dd.
The European date format applies to all products except for the General variations Wintergreen, Mint, DryMint Mini, Classic Blend and Nordic Mint.
