Snus side effects

I notice my sex drive takes second priority to nicotine addiction.....which is kind of crummy. For that reason alone I will probably quit once I'm married a year from now.
If it's too strong I do notice it can make my acid reflux worse, but fortunately the driving factor behind that isn't so much nicotine but what I eat or if I'm swallowing an insane amount of drip.
My gums get put through the ringer a little bit due to all the mint portions I consume. It's not really a problem because I don't chain snus and switch sides....but I do notice a very faint layer of dead skin on my two snus spots that peels off. I don't use enough of it to actually have my gums toughen up.
Mentally it can be discouraging to know I spent over $100 on fine tobbacco when a man in my financial situation could definitely had spent that money in more positive ways
My fiancé hates the smell of snus. Just the other morning when I opened my snus fridge she actually WOKE UP because of how much she doesn't enjoy the smell. She's supportive and knows I use snus to take the edge off.....but snus definitely isn't a turn on for her.
There is also the mental worry about my gums and teeth. I'm still not convinced snus is 100% risk free when it comes to cancer. And I still don't want my gums to receed. Luckily no recession yet but I've only been at it for a year.
Psychologically I turn into a depressed, anxious, angry asshole who can't sleep if I don't use snus at least 4 portions a day. That's not fun to know I've got an actual addiction to feed.
It isn't all rainbows and sunshine, there are definitely some unpleasant things I am stuck with by using snus, but for the time being the benifits outweigh the negatives. Just like any drug prescription or not, one must decide
