Northerner Ordering Issues...

ZYN NT has been out of stock for a few weeks thru Northerner and an order I placed on 11/13 for ZYN NT Dragonberry that was displayed as in stock at the time still hasn't shipped although the order is marked as completed?

Is Northerner the only option for ZYN NT? It seems that since Swedish Match is the distributor it would be available from the distributors that carry General?

Your first order was shipped from the Danish warehouse 27th of November and the second was sent the 30th of November. The delivery time to Canada is 5-14 business days. Get back to me if you have any other questions Cody.

My Northerner order was shipped on 4th November from the Danish Warehouse. I am still yet to receive the order. It was sent to Italy so certainly should not be as delayed as this. I have sent numerous emails to the customer support address via the website, but I just get generic emails back asking me to confirm the address.

My order number is 8000157952 and amounted to €40 which is a lot for me on an impoverished teachers salary! I would really like to get this cleared up! My first order with Northerner... I ordered from snusline two weeks after my order with Northerner, and that arrived from Israel a week ago with no problems.

How long have you been waiting for, mate? I ordered a load to the UK that was shipped last Sunday. I'm hoping it gets there before Xmas, so I have a supply for Xmas whilst I'm back in the UK!

My shipment was dispatch Dec 8. I forgot to order in time…last time I ordered from snusline it took more than 3 weeks. So anyhow, I don't count on receiving anything from them this side of 2015…really.
