I think as the U.S. snus market expands we will start to see more variety. A few years ago I was able to find Thunder Frosted among a few others at a local smoke shop.

Don't hold your breath. The FDA makes it very very very hard to introduce new tobacco products, and it requires either proving substantial equivalence to a product that is allowed in interstate commerce, which only 12 products have gotten through in the last 5 years....4 Lorillard cigarette SKUs and 8 Swedish Match moist snuff SKUs...or through the New Product pathway which basically requires cohort studies and clinical trials in order to have the data that the FDA wants to have in order to approve the order.

So stick with online, because it will be years before we see, if ever, products that are new to the US for sale in a brick & mortar store. And expansion desire by snus manufacturers depends on if it eventually becomes profitable to sell snus in the US, which as of right now, it is not.
