I'm glad you mentioned that Grim, this was one of the flavors I wanted to get back to. I just put in another pris, and I really like this one. I wouldn't call it pure tobacco. It has the flavor of lightly sweet pecans, with a touch of pepper in the back. I'm fairly familiar with RYO Top, but I don't get anything like that out of the snus. That's a good thing :^P

So far I think this is the one I could use the most of. Chocolate Raspberry's better imo, but too much for all day use.

I'm going to have to take my Top to work tomorrow and see if I can find these tastes you are describing. I have yet to taste anything like that.

I'm really looking forward to the Vanilla. I drink Diet Coke almost exclusively so, sounds like it will be a great compliment.

Xobe, I guess I'll be the one to day I like Red Cherries. :lol: How do you think it would pair with Coke or Diet Coke. I have an impression that Vanilla and DC would taste somewhat like a Vanilla DC, which I like, so, would the Red cherry be close to a Cherry Coke? if it does, and V2 releases it, V2 will be my new Best Friend!!

I got lucky and was selected for the last roll of the 8 flavors to be sent out. I am still waiting for mine. Hopefully it comes tomorrow. I honestly can't wait to try some new los flavors. Thank you V2

The red Cherry was an interesting one for me. Thast why I liked it.

I didnt get this fake red cherry taste that I was expecting.

Instead, I got a nice salty tobacco taste with a red cherry sensation on my pallet.

It didnt taste as though I was swallowing cherry flavor but the flavor abounded in my mouth, if that makes sense.

I was suprised at how good and different that one was.

As I said i'd do, I brought only the Top to work today, and after a few pris changes, I have to agree. This one does have a certain roasted-nut like sweetness to it.

Still one of my favorites by far.

Dark Vanilla

This is like smoking a pipe without smoking. It smells like pipe tobacco, and it tastes like pipe tobacco without the burn.

This is one of the weirdest snus experiences I've had. The whole time it's in, I alternate between liking it, and not liking it. It tastes good when I first put it in, but about 10 minutes later some odd flavor pops up that I don't care for. It then promptly leaves and I enjoy the snus again O.o This happens off and on the whole time I'm using the snus. I think ultimately I'd have to say it's good, but man, it's a roller coaster ride all the way to the end.

The flavor's(the good one :^P) quite pleasant. It's very adult oriented. Not too sweet, and not over done. The name's quite descriptive. It's dark, and musky, and I think it might go well with a glass of whisky. If Hyde would just F' off it would be a great snus. As it is, it's a good snus, and a very interesting experience.

*The TOP's a bit of an odd one out. It's quite good, but not unorthodox like the other flavors. I would imagine the name's meaningless to many people also. This is a really nice flavor, and I could see it selling well as a standard edition. I haven't tried any of the normal Offroad Lös, but I prefer the TOP to the Phantom family.

If I had to pick only 5 I would choose:

3. Mandarine
4. Chocolate Raspberry
5. Tobacco Top

I agree that Tobacco Top should do well on it’s own and dosen’t need to be part of a mix. I did like the coffee as well, Dark Coco was good but I guess the chocolate flavor is covered by Chocolate Raspberry. Red Cherry was my least favorite but it was not bad and it’s starting to grow on me now that I have used up most of the other flavors. Maybe V2 can be the first to offer the 16 can roll :lol:

Cherry

O.o I tried this one last. I'm not a fan of cherry anything. I like cherry pie, cherry cheesecake, and real cherries. That's about where it stops. I opened the tin of snus, and it smelled much better than I expected. This had some promise. I put in a pris, and was greeted by a pleasant mellow cherry flavor, not too bad...BUT... After a minute or so I got a distinct soapy taste from the snus :^( It tastes like the cherry/vanilla/jasmine hand soap I got my daughter for her birthday smells.

I'd give some serious thought to retooling the formula for this one. The others that I wasn't crazy about, I can dismiss as being a matter of personal taste, this cherry isn't quite right imo. It's starts off good, but that secondary flavor is something else.

Brandy Alexander

This is damned tasty. I'm not sure what exactly brandy alexander is, but this has a nice rum candy flavor. Mixing this half and half with a pure peppermint snus would be awesome. It would taste like my favorite hard candy combo of a butterscotch disk, and a peppermint disk at the same time :^)
