Best whiskey snus?

I see that since I last ordered whiskey snus (the original 1st run Islay OP), Crafted and Mackymara have arrived on the scene, and now all offer their own WP as well. My question is, which tastes best? I like a balanced medium strength tobacco flavor that I want to be complemented rather than dominated by the whiskey flavor. Also, I dislike peat. I like bourbon more than Scotch.

Given these criteria, which should I get?

Islay is by far my favorite of the three, and the quality and flavor from the first batch seems still be there.....a good tobacco flavor with just a hint of whiskey. The Mackmyra is too much of the whiskey flavor with no tobacco coming through and the Crafted seems just bland bland to me.

I am really not a huge fan of any of them. Mind you I like each of them OK but I would have expected to like a Whisky snus a whole lot more

Everyones opinion matters, from a newbies perspective. Especially the opinions from the more experienced user...which you are. Good to see you posting mate.

I was going thru the Mrs. Butterworth thread last night and got a few pages cleaned it up. Some of the old links and photos were dead ends so I had to delete about 40 of my posts that simply had photos that had disappeared. Funny thing is that many music videos were no longer available due to licensing issues from the UK. What a bummer. The videos that I knew what they were I had to go find them again and repost. So many dead end links. Luckily, there were only a couple of posts that dead ended that were not mine. Anyway, its still quite interesting. Random it is.

thanks much all. it sounds as if since i loved the islay 1st batch, i should just stick with that. i suppose one can't improve upon perfection.
