This weekend was the 2017 St. Louis Snus Con and I had the opportunity to meet with the guys from Skruf. I learned something very interesting - Knox is extremely popular in Sweden. I'm just curious what you guys think about it. I've reviewed it in the past and found it to be solid, but it didn't stand out to me or anything. I just ordered the product line again to give it a second look.

Man it has been a while since I had knox. For a long time it was one of my favorites. At the time it was a good transition snus from dip because of its grind and strong flavor. However, about the time Skruf went through their company changes the quality of knox went down hill in my opinion......it got to the point that it was so bitter I could not even finish a can.....I haven't ordered any since.
Anyway, Chad I will be interested to see what you think of it. Maybe it has improved since my last experience with itWhen it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did....... Not screaming in terror like his passengers -

I know it started out as Skruf's budget line. I wonder if certain shops are getting price incentives from Swedish Match.
Regardless the pricing difference is interesting.

I like Knox ES portion now and then, rates along with Granit ES portion.....both well below General ES portion on the Burnsey scale.

Man Granit is another one that used to be a staple in my rotation but which I have not had in years.......Granit never turned on me......there were just a lot of other offerings out there that have the same flavor profile that are just better IMHOWhen it's my time to go, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like my uncle did.......
