Unfortunately i have to write this here.
I have been working with snus24.com for a while and everything was perfect. Really good snus, good prices and fast shipping without problems.
But the shit happened to me during making last order. After i paid 2066$ i was waiting like 2 weeks and they didnt send my package, after that i called directly to them and asked for a reason - they told me than they cant ship to Poland anymore and finding the way how to fix this issue or they will refund money to my account. After 2-3 days waiting i called again but no one answer on my calls and messages, i called them every day and after 2 weeks they took the phone and told me that they need some extra days. Now its almost 12 days after our last conversation and they are ignore me again ( you can watch on screenshot ) Its like 40 days after i paid money and i still didnt get it back and cant contact to them because they just ignoring all my calls and messages.
The question is - How can i get my money back? I dont want to apply for any lawyers help because i dont want to ruin their reputation ( They were really excellent during this year except last time )
Maybe someone had same problems or have any ideas what to do?
