No stores sell snus to the US or within the US without using UPS as the courier. This is due to the PACT Act, which requires all tobacco shipped in the US to be shipped via a carrier that verifies age. This is something the stores don't have any control over.
On the subject of shipping cost, if you buy in bulk it really isn't an issue. I buy 40 cans every 2 months, and with shipping included I get my snus for around 4.00-4.50 USD per can. For comparison - General Snus sold locally in Arkansas is anywhere from 5.00 USD - 7.00 USD per can. So even with shipping, buying online is cheaper than buying locally, and still cheaper than smoking. -
