    Snus Starter

    Hello guys /girls

    Well let's say I never used a forum before, and snus too

    little info about me:
    Name: Elian
    location: Switzerland
    why I snus: Stress and I can concentrate more I really enjoy it and depression 2 it really helps

    I just started 4 days ago, got to my local shop and asked for a snus not knowing what is strong or not(noob alert) (already on my second)
    I got an Odens White cold extreme portion. well, i don't know if it is a noob snus or harder its just my gums started to hurt a little
    now to my question what snus can i buy that's better for beginner I still snus the Odens (i live in Switzerland and our variety isn't so big...)
    I didn't find a Thread about Odens or something that was really Helpfull

    if u have any tips for me forum or snus feel free to answer it would really help me and my friends

    Welcome, Herr Frucht. I use that Odens brand on occasion, and it is one of the higher nicotine snuses (extreme). White portions are dryer, and a little harsher on the gums, so look for "Original" portions, as they are more moist.
    Or, don't start a new habit at all.

      Well, Thanks, dude well ill go down later and look if we have any original but without snus, i would seriously be down all the time guess there is no other way...

          Welcome to the forum mate!

          My advice to anyone starting snus is to really think it through. If you are going to use tobacco, snus is definitely one of the safest forms. However, it is still an addiction and still expensive. A lot of our folks here came to snus already having a tobacco habit. Thus their move to snus was a move to a safer product. However, I think most would tell you to think hard about starting a habit that will be very hard to break and will cost a lot of money.
