    Any snus with low nicotine?

For some reason, I can't seem to take a nicotine kick anymore.
I don't know if there was a strength change between Triumph (what I always used) to the Swedish snusses.
I have both Jakobssons IceFruit and Gotesburger Rape White Portion. The headspin they give me is huge, and I have to be laying down to use these, which I don't like. As I said before, I never had this problem when I was using the Triumph snus.

Are there any snusses out there with low nicotine? I don't want any nicotine-free, just something that doesn't make me feel like I'm on a carnival ride.

You'll probably have to go with a mini portion. They have around 4-6mg nicotine whereas a regular portion has about 8. But watch out for the sterk minis.

The only lower nic full size portion I know of is General Silver, with 6mg of nic. Most mini's though have only 4 mg per pouch which might be up your alley. Northener's product list detail's most of their product's nicotine content for easy reference while shopping.

I heard a rumor somewhere that Tre Ankare has a bit less nic than standard portions, at maybe 7-7.5 mg? You could also go the lös route and roll small, minimalist prillas. If you wanted to go real low, find the Marlboro "snus", which has supposedly 1.5 mg, of nic, just enough to make you crave a Marlboro gagarette...I mean cigarette

          Thanks guys.

Now to decide...go with the minis...or give los a shot...

          MAYBE ONE OF BOTH

firemarth: I was reluctant to try lös, i just thought portions were more convenient, and they are for the most part, but loose snus is worth a try. I use it at home or on long drives as I live far from most friends and I drive for work frequently. I'm really into the taste and ease of hand baking Röda Lacket. Might be worth a trial can for you, and the Prismaster tool is a dirt-cheap and clean and easy way to start using lös with no real investment. Xobe will tell you about the joy of Phantom Classic blue also, which sticks really well for beginners like me, and it tastes good too.

Good news, I just tried another of my IceFruit portions, and I'm not feeling crappy!

I'm guessing it was one of two things:
                1) I had stopped snussing for about a month, was just coming off of the Triumph
                2) I wasn't feeling good for the past few days.

But I'm gonna try a pack of minis anyways. Some of them do sound good.

EDIT: I also let the snus warm up before I used to today (I keep it in the fridge). I usually always used my Triumph warm. Could this affect anything?

Snus will go stale faster if you do not refrigerate/freeze it. It's not required to keep your snus refrigerated once you open up the can because it takes about a week for snus become stale.

Triumph does not have to be kept cool. its made diffrently and an open tin does stay moist for a long time. However I keep all my snus refridgerated anyway. I prefer cold snus.

Useing your snus warm or chilled would make no difference in the nic kick. etc.
