Order Finally arrived

So, my order finally came in. I felt like a small child at Christmas when i opened the mail-box and saw that bubble-wrap envelope... at that point, i ran inside, tore the envelope to shreds (it kinda worked like airline peanuts, the envelope exploded, and the cans went all over) then i stacked them, and then stood them on their side, then made a pyramid, and then stacked them again! lol

so, the order consisted of...

two cans of General W.P. - not my all the time favorite, but definately one that i like here and there.

two cans of Catch Eucalyptus - i like this one a lot. i find it's a really good one for after meals with the refreshing minty eucalyptus flavor.

one can of Goteborgs Rape W.P. - Amazing... just.... amazing... i don't know how to describe it other than i'm ordering a roll in about 5 minutes.

one can of Ettan W.P. - This is a good one. Very yummy tobacco flavor, kind of reminds me a little of general, with out the burn-your-nuts pepper flavor. Ordering a roll of this as well...

one can of Grov W.P. - I just popped my first portion in, and so far, i like it. good tobacco flavor, and a very calm flavor. i'll be ordering more of this as well.

one can of General Onyx - I have yet to try it, so, we'll see how it goes.

and finally, one can of Roda Lacket - This is a bit of an odd one, and i can't honestly decide whether or not i like it... It's not bad... but i dunno... it's almost strawberry-ish... no real taste of tobacco... i get annoyed with it after 5 minutes... i don't think i'll be ordering it again...

all in all, they're all going on the list of things to order again... aside from the Roda, which might actually make it's way into the garbage... unless somebody in the central Florida area wants it...

I've fallen in love with Ettan and the Goteborgs. every time i get an order in, the only thing i can say for a day or two is how much i love snus...lol

One thing everyone reminded me when I started was that your tastes will probably change. Mine have, so I would maybe throw the Roda in the freezer and try it later. Congrats on the new snus.

I agree give the roda a little time. I like most of the snuses i've ever tried. Ettan is a little wierd for me. It tastes kinda like chocolate and a hint of musty / earthy flavor. Just wierd but pretty good too. Gotenborgs Rape is great. The #2 is kinda like an off grape flavor that kina reminds me of a muskedine "grape". (us southerners are more familiar with muskedine) Both are great.

All in all its hard to distinguish an all time favorite for me because I like so many of the flavors. Enjoy!

Yeah, don't throw away the R.L.! It does have a strange taste at first, but it gets more familiar with time. It actually has a nice backround tobacco taste, but I also could not detect it much when I first used it.

That being said, it's still not really in my top favorites, but I like to order a tin every once in a while to switch things up a bit.

So much snus... so little time. I disliked my first can of RL also, but didn't toss it away. I TRADED it.

yeah, it's in the freezer. Waiting for me to be brave again soon... lol

On a side note... I ordered a roll of Ettan and Grov, and half a roll of Goteborgs. I've found that at the moment, the Earthy, pure tobacco tones are what i'm loving. I like to mix it up a little too. I'll normally put a few portions into an empty tin, and spritz them with some Makers Mark Bourbon, and then let them sit in the fridge for a little while, and it's great! lol

I've also noticed that Grov and Bourbon go quite well together!

My tastes will probably change, but for now, 25 tins! Woo Hoo!
