have no interest in people tellin me of the evil that is ephedrine but has anyone every done the ec ( ephedrine, and caffeine stack) while a snus user? i've always been a little weary considering there is alot more nicotine in snus than in cigarettes (cigarettes have been used for a long time while using the eca stack) thats three rather strong stims used at the same time, just curious if anyone has experience in this area

When Ephedrine was available here in the US and I was weight training with my brother, our ritual was this:
Morning: 2 Xenedrin caplets, 1 protein shake with HMB and a scoop of creatine powder.
Afternoon: Same as morning
Prior to workout: Same as morning plus 3 drops of creatine under the tongue.
While following this, I drank about 4 Red Bulls a day and Diet Cokes thruout the day and still smoked 2+ packs of Marlboro's a day. The Xenedrin was the ephedrin delivery. That was 10 years ago and, I will tell you, I only lasted about 3 weeks doing this. On the third week I was jittery as hell, always aggrevated about everything and, on one occasion, had what my wife described as a "Roid Rage" type of fit! I think the HMB/Liquid creatine along with the Red Bull may have caused the psudo "Roid Rage" but, the anxiousness and aggrevation definately came from the Ephedrin/Caffine/Nicotine cocktail imo!

snus delivers more nicotine at a slower pace, if you had to worry you would have when cigarettes delivered you huge amounts in a short time period..
in otherwords you will be fine
but why dont you look into alternative forms of stimuli which are healthier and more effective for that matter
yerba mate
american ginseng
rhodiola rosea
cocoa
geranium oil extract
^ i use/used all of the above to a much better effect that ephedra could ever hope for and with no jitters, heart irregularity or irritability/mood swings
ephedra sucks man
