    Roda Lacket Portion redux

Ok, been a long time. I do really like the loose. One of my first snus experiences. I'm from the school of heavy smoking and dip.

Therefore I've spent the last six months sticking close to sterk, stark, high octane type snus. Loose, portion no matter. I have tried many different brands and tried to stick with what I really like.

Then ponysoprano made an outrageous claim that Triumph tasted like Roda with sweetener added. "Hey I do have a can of Roda portions in the freezer" I said to myself.

I've finally gotten around to seeing for myself.

    1. Great white portion. Taste and flavor wise.

    2. More floral than the loose. Don't see the Triumph. Maybe a half removed cousin.

    3. like Grim said about SM portions. They're half empty.

    4. Extremely pliable, soft, dense snus in these portions. Not like some brands that put dry tailings in their portion bags.

Been doing them all day and while not giving me the Whack of nicotine like a strong portion, the flavor lasts so great I get plenty of mileage out of each portion and get a constant steady flow of N.

I've found RL portion tobacco to be similar to the loose: it has the consistency of clay, somewhat. I have noticed that with Ettan portions, also.
