glad you like it...I thought it was like a less moist, coarser ground version of General...with a crappy flavor.

One of my favorites, great and refreshing bergamot notes. Tastes like a cup of Earl Grey tea. Only problem IMO is that it is a runner, and when it does run it stains me teeth a bit. Sip of water takes care of that easily.

Gustavus and I didnt get along.

The portions were tolerable but the Los had that vinegar taste, not salt, that i just cant stand. Just like with Kronan.

Taste like pickeled tobacco.

Is Gustavus as bergamot-y as LD?

More bergamot flavor than LD but much better balanced in regards to the tobacco flavor.

How does it compare to the taste of Skruf (I've only tried the stark los)?

I've not tried Skruf, but people say it tastes like Knox, which I have tried.

Gustavus less fruity, more tobaccoey and a little saltier than Knox.

I love this portion. I'm not really a huge fan of bergamot.....don't particularly like earl grey tea, prefer green, and don't really like the Taboca snus.....but the bergamot in these Guststavus portions is truly amazing. They must have some talented alchemist working for them, because these are all smooth, creamy butter with perfect tobacco balance. Fantastic. Can't wait to try the loose.


I'm guessing this snus has a higher glycerol content, giving that mouth coating buttery sensation.
