Yeah man welcome to the forum! It really is a very good place. Good advice, great people, changes lives man (no I'm not high :P) but you know, loads of folks must have given up the smokes successfully because of this forum... I know I did. I've been on the snus for about 18 months now, and I guess I wouldn't have stuck by it if it wasn't for all the great advice and the passion of the members.

Anyways, welcome to the forum.

Skruf Tranbar is a great quality snus with good flavor, i am not a fan of flavored snus but have tried quite of few of them.

Youll be pleased with it.

i havent smoked in like 1 mounth now, becouse of snus ! and i just love it :twisted:

but how is the harmreduction about swedish snus?
is it very so harmless?

edit: i have just opened Skruf Cranberry, and damn it smells good!
it also have a fine taste but a kind of mild, but damn im impressed

Well, think of snus' danger level as that of an everyday life situation.

Sure, something bad could happen but the odds are in your favor.

Its much safer than any other tobacco product other than nasal snuff, that is statistically speaking.

But dont worry about such things. Life is too short,

just know that snus is pretty damn safe and there has only been one documented case of cancer in a 90 year old guy who had been using snus for over 70 years.

LIve your life and enjoy all that it has to offer.
