Sterk, sterker, sterkest!

Mmm, sterk.

So I'm the sort of person that gets addicted to things easily. The feeling of a snus under my lip, and the tastiness in my mouth has become as much an addiction as the nicotine itself. I've been snusing like a mofo my friends, until, as I probably should have guessed, my gums decided to rebel. They're a little sore right now.. so I decided to give them a break and only snus when I started to get jittery and really needed one.

When this feeling overcomes me, I am forced to grab a Skruf sterk. This is a nonverbal mandate passed down via electrical impuses to my hands and I have no choice but to comply. I think, "But I like Grov.." as my hands open the Skruf can. All my tasty snus is being neglected!

I think this is my cue that I need more sterk portions, with an occasional regular for fun now and again. The sterk wars have perfect timing. So that said, what are some sterk portions that taste good? Skruf is my gold standard currently. I do not care for General really.. I have no idea why -- Skruf sterk has the same typical snus-with-lemon flavor that General has, but I absolutely prefer it. How does N&J Original taste, and whats the difference between Orig and West? And what about the new Roda Lacket? I liked the original sort of.. found the flavor to be too weak, and without much tobacco to make up for it -- does the sterk have a stronger taste as well?

I've got so much sterk, stark, and strong in my fridge now that I'm afraid that my favorite General Original Portion might start getting too weak for me. :shock:

Skruf and N&J Original are my two favorite strong. I love them both, and rate them equally. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a more aggressive flavor, and I go for the Skruf. Sometimes I want something strong, but a little milder than Skruf, so I grab the N&J. They are both great!

The new RL has the bold tobacco flavor up front with the berry flavor in the background. I like it better than the original RL, but I've only had a few portions which is not enough for me to say if I'll continue buying it...

I prefer the original N&J portions to the Skruf portions, but very much like the Skruf (stark) lös.

Have you tried loose snus? Without the paper, you may find that it's easier on your gums.

And by the way, the N&J West is a white portion, so if the idea is to get a strong, quick nicotine blast while having the snus in less long/less often, you'd probably be better off with the originals.

And the new General Ekstra Sterk is as advertised. It really is ekstra sterk!

It's all subjective of course, but N&J originals are a mainstay for me, whereas the West is something I won't be revisiting.

Oh, West is white? Yeah, I'll pass then. White is fine for like Goat Rape No. 2 where mainly I want to taste it for awhile. Like a snack snus, rather than the workhorse that is sterk!

Does N&J have anything particular about the flavor? I'm a big fan of Grov and Ettan just for the sake of stating where my taste generally goes. General.. I dunno. It just doesn't do it for me. Maybe I'll grab a sterk though just to have around for variety. Something about Skruf sterk, even though it's basically the same flavors as General, is just more pleasing to me.

If Grov Black were actually GROV as a sterk, I'd be all over that in a heartbeat, but I'm reading it's basically just the name Grov with a completely different taste. Eh.

I haven't done Los yet, no. I don't know if I'm ready for all that just yet. Seems like a real pain. I'd also rather get a few rolls of good snus for the price of that Icetool. :roll: Maybe some day.

N+J is the best, with the new roda and Skruf sterk being tied for 2nd.

try some general maxi more nic kick. But if you switched to los you could make huge pris with your grov or ettan and get even more nic.

I'm trying out the General Sterk right now for the first time - I really like it, and at this point in time, I feel I will be ordering it again. Hmm, actually, I ordered another can yesterday (taking the chance I was gonna wind up liking it).

would like to see an "Ettan Sterk Black" come out - I really like the White Portions.

Oh yes! Etten sterk would be lovely.

So, I think I'm going to just order the whole family of Skruf products, including the Los. And a N&J and the new Roda. We'll see how the Los goes. I'm gonna grab a prismaster just for the sake of trying it out.

I'm kinda sad to be thinking about moving up to regularly using 11mg and 14mg strengths though because there are so many 8mg's that I haven't tried. lol
