    Offroad Coffee & Vanilla?

    Has anyone tried this yet?

I like snus that tastes like tobacco, but I've been enjoying Offroad Cranberry for a while and am wondering if anyone has tried this new snus of theirs.

Would love to hear a review.

Welcome to the board. The Offroad Coffe/Vanilla has been marketed for quite some time now. By no means is this a new snus. I have tried just about all of the snus available and this is my favorite [well this AND Triumph mint]. Try it you might just like it too. It seems that more and more people are enjoying the Offroad flavors lately.

I like the flavor of Offroad Coffee/Vanilla but I have to put two portions in to get any kind of nic hit. The sweetness is a great complement to your morning coffee. No need for sugar.

LOL, I forgot to mention that I keep my snus in the fridge and every morning I refill my tin with a few portions of the coffe/vanilla and then add about 6 drops of my morning coffee to the tin. I keeps my "walk around snus" moist all day [and night] and ads more flavor. This actually adds alot to the texture, flavor, and general all around moistness to my snus. It makes this snus a totally different species for me.

Not to say it was bad, but I gave mine away. It is definitely worth a try, I did not notice anything I disliked about it. Maybe you will like it. I suppose I gave it away because I like a goodly amount of cream and sugar in my coffee and snus was not going to provide what I am used to.

Good point Sly. Yea Mudslide, it seems the majority of the snusers don't like the coffe/vanilla [or any offroad products]. However, if you like flavored snus you should like this. If you prefer the natural tobacco flavor then the offroad flavored snus isn't for you. Some people say they have a chemical tasting flavoring.

Neither the coffee nor the vanilla jumps out at you. And it does have a particular taste but I like it, and it seems to have more and more of a following. I would gladly pay twice as much if I could fine a snus that tastes better to me. Haven't found it yet.

I enjoy most of the offroad v2 products, but i can't stand these portions. Just taste rancid to me.

I too enjoy Offroad Coffee/Vanilla, but if you want a real rancid tasting portion, try Offroad Apple. They should have named it “Offroad Road Apple”. Finished half the tin and thrown it out!

Yeah, or Offroad Crab Apple. The Coffee Vanilla does seem to be the best of the bunch.

I think it smells and tastes just like a tootsie roll. There is no coffee or vanilla flavor for me, but I like tootsie rolls.

Yeah I've been a fan of this for a while now. It's not something I ever buy by the roll, but it is by far my favorite 'desert' snus... I can agree though, it doesn't really taste that much of coffee and vanilla. The best way I can describe it is some type of mix between cheap coffee, hot chocolate and the coffee mate vanilla creamer stuff...

Really very good when you get bored of the usual salty-tobacco taste, but it can also get sickly itself... especially if you're trying to just get your regular tobacco fix, it's not really very 'tobaccoy' at all in my opinion.

I'd recommend giving it a spin for the price of a can, if you really don't like it at first, it's one of the snus's that you'll kinda have in your fridge and still dip into every now and again when curiosity gets the better of you.
