Los is usually in prime condition for about a week and a half if refridgerated. After that the snus gets dryer but is still ok to use. My best guess is that after having los open for more than 3 weeks it wouldn't be very good.

You should really like RL CQ it is my favorite snus by far.

I have only had Gotlands christmas snus and only in portions. It is ok. Must say it is a great compliment to the holidays. Also have only had it in portions because I'm around family and don't want mud mouth when one of my crazy relatives makes me laugh.

A can of lös lasts me 4-6 days, and from my experience, by 6 days it is starting to dry out just a little, and even lose a slight bit of flavor, but still very good. I take it out of the fridge in the morning, and put it back when I'm done for the night. That's what I would suggest. If you don't anticipate using it before the best before date, it freezes very well(use freezer bags), and you can thaw it in the fridge overnight.

The refigerator does not do a lot for keeping things moist, but a little trick is to put it in a ziplock sandwich bag, push as much air out as possible and then put it in the refrigerator. My can of montecristo was actually just as moist after 4 weeks.

If you leave it sit in the fridge without the bag, expect just over a week before it is getting dry.

I have cans of los that have been open for months and they are still just as good as the day I opened them.
