The Kanel is a snus brand called Oden's Extra Sterk made by Gajane. Only for sale in Sweden AFAIK

I wonder how many boutique brands aren't for sale at the popular online shops.

I fear there's one I don't even know exists. Like there's this perfect snus out there that has all the qualities I want, and I just don't know about it.

I need to call my wife's cousin. She moved to Sweden this summer. I'll pimp her out to buy me some obscure snus and send it to me.

I already missed the boat with N&J loose and Gellivare and Diplomat and...

Orlik from Denmark is pretty tasty, It's lös only, and I think it's only sold in Denmark. It's has some similarities with V2(Danish touch?), but I think it's a little better. The Göteborgs is similar to the SM namesake, but I like it a lot more.

How are you guys getting this snus? I have an idea how xobeloot is, but is there a method of looking for online shops I'm missing?

I got the Orlik through a private transaction. I don't think it's available online. It sounded like it was barely available over the counter.

Orlik snuff can only be purchased in Denmark. It's actually a really good snuff

I had the C.W.O and the Göteborgs. I preferred the C.W.O between the 2. It has a nice peppery bite that I find quite good.

                              Denmark

I know this is an older post but I ran across it while googling some stuff about V2 and Danish snus-makers. I wanted to ask smeden about the lower-lip thing in Denmark. I'm really intrigued by this upper lip vs. lower lip thing as I've long wondered how people in the U.S. ended up using the lower lip if, it was Swedish tradition to use the upper-lip. A guy from Sweden referred to lower-lipping as the "old-school" way to do snus on this message board once, so that makes me wonder if the Swedes didn't lower lip originally. So I was wondering if Danish snus like that made by V2 is really intended for use in the lower-lip? I even saw a version of Offroad that was in Long Cut. Not to mention it was called "American Wintergreen". That product really sounded like "DIPPING SNUFF" to me. I'm a huge fan of V2 products and I've always used them in my upper-lip, just as I would anything else (snus-wise) but I'm really curious about this. Thanks...

P.S. It's really hard to find historical info about snus. Maybe now that I have some translation software I'll have more luck.
