I started to become tired of the general, after I have tried many new brands as Ettan and RL.
In the start i just love The portions and los but now i really hate the general portions and i still use a little bit of general los becouse i don't have any more RL, ettan or LD now i'm just waiting for my order from snusshoppen.dk

Try Pall Mall, it's similar to General but with a brighter, less peppery flavor. Gotlandssnus Gul and Jakobsson's Original are a nice change from General also.

Just take a break from general.

A lot of us, especially the ex-smokers, tend to think we need to find "our" brand and stick to it the way a lot of us did with cigarettes. The beauty of snus is in the variety. Looks like you got some great snus to try coming your way!

I am kind of hoping to find "my brand" in my random 14 can order coming in so I can save money by ordering rolls. Even if I don't keep re-ordering the same roll over and over, it would be a nice price break to be able to order rolls at a time instead of paying the single price on each of 10+ cans lol.

It took me three months to really get a feel for my favorites.

I found that I have only two brands that I will always stock: Phantom Classic and OR Cranberry.

Other than that, I have brands that I will order routinely, like Roda Lacket, which was actually the first roll I ordered. After RLing it up, I went on a Gotland's Anis kick for a while, but after trying Ettan and Grov, I started to really groove with the plain/general profile snuses - I would find myself using them over anything else, primarily because they were flavors that I could always do, no matter what situation. This exploration led me to Granit, but I started to dislike it because it didn't have the peppery undertones that I missed (the ones you find in General).

Then I found Phantom Classic, which for me never turns bitter, has those peppery undertones, and always satisfies. I'd say that my top four snuses now are Phantom Classic, Offroad Cranberry, Roda Lacket, then General; they are all flavors that I could do all day, every day. Consistent satisfaction, in my opinion, is part of what constitutes a favorite/staple snus.

A word of advice, don't order a roll of anything until you've finished at least two cans... My tastes changed quite a bit since I started snusing, and now I have a couple rolls that I don't really like anymore...
