Most horrible Snus in my opinion

As a few of you may know I like licorice flavored snus now and again. So I put in a order for some Catch Licorice white portions. Man this stuff is awful. All I can taste is salt. It does not even smell like licorice. Off Road blows this stuff out of the water. It just goes to show you that more expensive does not guarantee better. Feel free to comment on your worst snus experiences or your favorite licorice flavored snuses.

I prefer the Gotlands Grey (loose and portion) although it is not strictly licorice but rather anis.

Worst experience ever - probably has to be Catch Eucalyptus. I tried about three portions and then I binned it.

I used to be a fan, but I can no longer tolerate the taste of Nick and Johnny. It reminds me of dog food and rotten seafood. I can't use the portions in public because my breath will smell absolutely horrid!

Phantom Classic Portion,was probably the worst snus I have ever had followed by lucky strike original portion.

I have not tried a ton of different types, but I can say that Offroad Coffee Vanilla is the worst I have tried so far. Does anyone like that stuff? I have seen nothing but despair for it so far.

I love the offroad coffe/van, as many people do. But not everyone, thats for sure.

And I don't really like any of the more "popular" snus. Tried em all, yuck

Thats why there are so many flavors. Everyones tastes are different.

Ok, in all fairness, I have not bothered to try Elixyr once since it came out.....point being that I'm sure there is something out there I haven't tried that is more wretched than Phantom. :wink:

I've just finished off a can of it and noticed that while I was using it my breath would smell rank. Not a bad snus though IMHO.

I really don't know why snus makers decided to start making these "power drink snus" products. If you find a convenience store that sells a power drink-esque pill, buy one just to cut it in half and lick the inside of it (well don't really, since that is just a waste of money). It's an awful chemical taste. Energy drinks can only get away with it by hiding that taste in 8 - 20 ounces of high fructose corn syrup and flavorings. With most portions weighing in around 1g, there is just not enough material to dilute that horrible energy drink concoction.

And jackolantern, having used the Elyxr now for 8 or 9 months, you get used to the taste. I *almost* kinda like it now.

Probe Whiskey lös and anything from Off Road. Phantom Blue lös was pretty bad too.
