    Bad Can

I just got around to opening a can of N&J I had stashed in my freezer for a few months. Upon opening the can, I noticed there was quite a bit of the portions interior contents scattered throughout the can, and with further inspection, realized that every single portion was defective! Each of them has a hole in each end with los spilling out everywhere; and though it may not seem like a problem to some of you, I don't like little bits floating around in my mouth. I'm not quite sure what to do; if I email BuySnus, they probably wont replace the can after such a while. Perhaps if I talk to SM directly, I might have some luck. What do you guys think?

www.buysnus.com may be able to help you, but I think if you contact the manufacturer that they might be more than willing to give you some sort of recompense. The reason I say this is due to the fact that if there is some sort of lot or batch code on the can, maybe even the expiration date, that they will have more complaints on file regarding your crappy can (many crappy cans made during that date or batch #). Therefore, since they had so many complaints of this particular batch or date they would be very willing to send you a can or something to reimburse you.

I have the same problem!! The last five cans of Nick and Johnny I have break open in a little spot if I even slightly squeeze the portion. Perhaps we have the same bad batch???

I've had that problem with several brands, but not N&J.....but then I haven't really used a lot of it since I've never actually ordered it myself; it has always come as a free tin or in a mystery mix.

I have had a couple tins go stale, but that is mostly because of the above.
