I think Lucky Strike Original Portions have an excellent, unique flavor. The smokey, toasted character is wonderful. I'm not a fan of white portions so I don't plan on trying Lucky Strike Whites.
Lucky strikes: pretty much the most unremarkable snus ever?

Sorry about the non-comunicado of late guys... been crazy busy with work but I have some free time today so doing a bit of catching up!
I must say... Pall Mall Regulars --- awesome. I was a bit skeptical at first seeing as I'm a bit of a SM/General diehard, but my goodness... sagedil put me onto these little mothers and I've always got a roll (or two) sitting around in the fridgeThey really are fantastic. In terms of the LS whites, I've yet to try them... I did used to enjoy the regulars although I had one tin which tasted *really* funky and just went off them from then on. Although, Karl brought me some Lucky Whites back from SA and they're just outstanding. Thing is with South African snus, they put a little molasses and caramel flavor in there and a little less salt... it gives it this sweet, caramelly edge which is awesome. The SM brands are pretty much identical to the Swedish variants (as far as I can tell), but the F&L brands are completely different. Point is, gonna have to give the swedish LS whites a go and see what they're like.

I too had the opportunity to try the south african lucky strike and also the regular swedish variety. Not a world of difference, but I do wish I could get some of the south african variety again. It was a remarkable flavor(in ode to the title of this thread) and It still sticks in my memory.
