Why so cryptic sage? I must admit I am curious about this one, sure it isn't just a mega sterk Phantom? Just hoping it doesn't have the Windex/bat guano notes of the other V2 portions.

It tastes nothing like any other V2 product on the market. By far the best snus I have ever had.

I am not going to go into the flavor since it hasn't been released yet, but I will tell you that several members from Snuon took part in the taste trials through all stages of production.

This is not a budget snus, nor does it taste like one (andI'm the king of budget snus)

        You will not be disappointed!

Xobeloot, of course, we are all assuming V2 doesn't screw it up at the last second. That has been my only fear. But every one I tried was awesome, so I am holding out hope. I would love if it is released by the time I make my next snus purchase. Or I will have to hold my money back so I can be ready.

jamesstew, not trying to be coy really. I had an opportunity to try them thanks to the specialness of an extra secial person here. Had about half to more of about 4 different tins, all slightly different, but ALL amazingly good snus. I portioned them out so carefully so I could enjoy them as long as possible. It really was that good. Time was not right to share here though.

Tastes NOTHING like Phantom, none of that patented V2 weird aftertaste or anything. Just the most amazing taste that lasted forever. Had some in close to three hours. Also would go WAY longer after a snus before I popped one in. Was only later that I found out they were sterks. But they never hit me hard, made me feel anything but happiness and pleasure.

Someone will vouch for me if they choose. I said at the time it was the best snus I had ever tasted. Still is, despite how good some of the recent new ones are.

I would absolutely try these if V2 snus didn't upset my stomach. I've tried and retried V2, and I love the flavor, love the price, but after about 3 pris, my stomach just turns after about 20 minutes with it in. I'm afraid of wasting money on a can I'll never finish. I don't know if it's the soda they use in their snus, or if it's just an ingredient that doesn't agree with me, but I just can't seem to do V2.

Except, the portions that I had that I am assuming Thunder came from, are so unlike any V2 snus I ever had. As different from their regular stuff as you can imagine. So perhaps you wouldn't have the same reaction

Wow, 16mg of nicotine is very powerful for a loose snus! Skruf Stark Loose only has 10mg of nicotine. I think I'll pass on this, because I'm used to the regular snus now.

The main difference between this and any other stark I have had is that , though very strong, it is the smoothest nicotine delivery I have ever had.

It doesn't slap you in the face like a brick making you shake and sweat, rather sustains a smooth strong nicotine delivery for hours.

As far as making your stomach turn (cocsp2002), V2 is using a totally new premium tobacco for this label. Give it a fair shot!

Alright me is getting some. Sagedil, were the other snus varieties you tried all V2?

                      Yes James,

I mailed some of the taste testers to sagedil after I had evaluated them. He has done a stellar job keeping hush-hush about it until the finished product was announced.

Xobe - may I just reiterate my jealousy over the fact that you get to test new flavors? It's so cool to be in on the new moves in the market. Now if SM or Gotlands...or anyone would just come out with some new flavors and hook a brother up...

I am good that way.

And just to echo one thing Xobeloot said. I am actually suprised the nicotine content is that high. I didn't even know they were strong when I first tried them. Only when I mentioned to Xobeloot how unusally long I was going without a snus after I had one did he mention they were strongs.

No hard hit AT ALL!!!!!!! Just the most tasty, most satisfying, "best" snus I had ever had. I would happily keep them in forever, and just didn't get around to grabbing a new snus for quite some time after I had finished the previous one. As someone who chain snuses like 95% of the time, the difference was really noticeable.

But again, as good as the nic hit was, I had no clue they were strong until Xobeloot told me.

                          Now....disclaimer....

The ones I had were in test mode. I have no clue as to the final deciosons V2 made before they release Thunder. maybe they have subsiquintly ruined it. Until I can taste the final version, I simply won't make any final promises.

                          BUT....

As I told Xobeloot, the test ones I had really were the best snus I have ever had.

Just a quick devil's advocate question: Do you think your capacity as inside testers for an exclusive product may have led to some bias towards that product?

Not at all for me Starcadia. I only got in becasue Xobeloot is a really sweet guy and felt sorry for me when I told him how lucky he was.

I had no interest in the company, no need to do anything for anyone. I just got to try what turned out to be the best snus I had ever tried thanks to the niceness of a good friend. Had I hated them, i would have laughed hysterically at Xobeloot and learned never to trust him again.

Just trust me, they really were that good.

Sounds like it might be worth trying out. I'll probably get a can when it comes out.
