The Shell station down the street from me in Houston Tx just installed a decent sized snus can cooler behind the counter (the guy said it was just set up the other day) and has signs for Skoal Snus coming soon. Has anyone ever tried it? I've never heard of it until last night. I tried Skoal Dry and Camel Snus... neither one was that great.

i've tried the skoal citrus...it's not bad. it's basically the same thing as the camel snus. not nearly as good as swedish snus. but the skoal citrus at the place near me was only $2.50 a can so that's not too shabby. i think that's just because it's new -

I've had Skoal snus, cinnamin, citrus, and mint. None of them are any good IMO. Nothing compares with Swedish snus!Comment

I've had the citrus.
It was like a sugary creamsicle.
Add to the strange flavor the fact that it was completely and utterly dry I see no reason to refrigerate it other than marketing.
The portion was long and narrow, and crackled between my fingers. It was not very good. I ended up tossing the tin.
It was confusing to get the damn container open too.
