I have also discovered the no-snus in the morning routine. If I really think of it, I'll pop one in, but I noticed that if I just follow my appetites, I crave alot of food and coffee first, and about 2-3 hours afterwards, snus. the hit is better then and doesn't dissipate as quickly through the day.

I did exactly that this morning. Got up had cofee no snus, then cooked my eggs n bacon, had tea, no snus.

then settled down to watch a recording of last nighs UFC 94 then did some snus, a fair sized pinch of Grov loose, By the 3rd round of the second bout I had nice nicotine buzz going.

thanks for the welcome, this snus is a great way to enjoy tobacco nearly (i said nearly) as good as a relaxing pipe.

Its been 5 days on snus now. I am enjoying loose more than portion.
