So I finally got me some Thunder. Thank you Xobeloot. And I wanted to give my reaction to the final production version.
I popped one in as soon as I ripped the envelop open. Very nice salt content, perfect salt content really. A strong, tobacco taste. I suck at describing snus tastes, I can never tell what else is in there, so that will have to do. But what is SO significant about Thunder is the perfect balance of taste. It is good, not too mild at all, but just not "too" strong. My biggest problem with snus sometimes is the taste starts coming on so strong. Many, many a time, I have had to spit a snus out way too early just because the taste suddenly was more than I wanted.
So what makes Thunder so amazing to me is the taste NEVER comes on too strong. I have now had it in for over an hour and a half, and the taste is still perfectly pitched. Plus, the nicotine level, as high as it is, is about the most gentle strong nicotine hit I ever had. Since it is so high, I have no need for another right away. I imagine this is a snus I would keep in and forget about for 3 hours or more even.
From the testing days, I remembered that this was the best snus I ever had. Now that I have the production version, I will shout the same thing from every rooftop I can. It really is that good. If you don't at least give it a try, I really think you are foolish. If they suddenly passed a law that said I could only use one snus the rest of my life, this would be it. And that is coming from a guy who usually buys 20 different snuses at a time because I hate using the same snus too frequently. I still will use others occasionally, but I suspect that I will use Thunder at least 50% of the time, if not even more.
And just to make clear to everyone,. Thunder has about as much in common with the rest of V2's snus as Paris Hilton has with Barack Obama. Patrick, I have to admit. I never thought V2 had it in them to create a snus this good. Congratulations, you have a massive winner on your hands.
