    Good enough to eat?

Does anyone else find themselves accidently eating their loose snus.
I use Probe Whiskey loose at home and when it starts to break up a little under my lip I find myself swallowing the bits as they taste so good.
Could this be a bad thing?

I'm not a chemist but I think it'll perhaps only upset your stomach and just *maybe* give you diarrhea as nicotine acts as a stool softener/laxative.
I read somewhere that the MAC for nicotine is around 50~60mg. so if a pris of 1 gram has 8mg nicotine you'll be safe.
    I wouldn't recommend it though.

I agree. I invariably end up swallowing a bit and it's not a problem. I wouldn't eat the whole prilla, mind you

Hey!, Does it count towards my five a day
It hasn't caused me any stomach problems as of yet, I have almost ignited my wifes nasal hairs though when I've let rip

Yes, I was just going to say...it's not the stomach that you should be concerned about, its that LOWER TRACK that can be the issue.

Maybee it counts as one fruit and vege. Tobacco is high in antioxidants, perhaps it's doing ya some good.

Not smoking is doing me a world of good, I owe the Swedes a debt of gratitude. Are there really antioxidants in tobacco?
