LOL, I save like 70% from when I smoke. I just buy what I like. Other than knowing that Oynx is a bit more expensive, I could not for the life of me tell you what the prices are for any of my snus unless I was on the Buysnus web page.

Let's see, my favorites are Thunder, Retro White, Pall Mall regular, Lucky Strike White, Knox.

Whichever of those are "low or mid priced", there is my answer. :wink:

I haven't tried the majority of the cheaper snus. Those I have tried are listed above and IMHO Knox is head and shoulders above the competition.

I've been meaning to try Gustavus, LD and Granit (all in lös). Personally the cost of snus doesn't bother me and like wine or whiskey I would rather pay more for the snus I enjoy than save a couple of pounds.

I feel the same way. All of my snus choices are based solely on flavor. A little bit one way or the other doesn't matter to me. The one small exception is Montecristo lös. The price, combined with the hassle of getting it in the USA keeps me from buying it more. If the hassle were gone, I'd buy it in rolls.

I haven't used any low-price snus yet. However, Lucky Strike is my favorite tasting snus, at it only costs $22.00 per roll! I will throw in a can of LD Portion, Knox Portion, and Retro Portion with my next order though. I was going to make a topic with the same question. Thanks for making it!

1 & 2 would be Granit Maxi portion and OR Cranberry Strong portion. I am currently in my first can of each and liking both, I am not sure which I like better.

3) Nordstrommen Julesnus (I had expected the Gotlandsnus to be better since it was more expensive, but I was wrong).

4) Knox, but I could only see buying it if money was tight and Granit was not available.

I have not tried to many of the value snuses yet. I do have Phantom Blue, Kronan, Retro, LD, Gustavas, and a couple of others in the freezer waiting for their turn though, so my list may well change.

I don't usually use budget snus, but Knox is good. LD Blue was ok, when it was still available....Kind of a low-rent Göteborg's Rape'.

Actually, I'm working on a can of Offroad American Wintergreen lös right now, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised....
