    Deep heat for your mouth

    Hi all,

I got an order through today, and had my first experience with Offroad Wintergreen. It should really be called 'Deep heat oral', but if this seems initially to be leading to a negative review, far from it. I'm one of these strange folk who love 'medicinal' flavours (root beer, Victory V, Dr pepper, euthymol, etc.). Btw dr pepper is great with snus imo. So back to the snus. It's an original portion, so the flavour hits you straight away, and although Offroad has mixed reviews, I really like the adventurous juxtaposition here of snus with medicine  . The heat is not so 'deep' though, as it's the standard 8mg/g, but all you wintergreen fans, V2 is bringing out a Thunder Wintergreen soon .

    Cheers,
    Paul.

LOL, and yet you still don't like Elyxr??

I can NOT do any minty snus, I just think they are horrible. But I know some folks go for that sort of thing. Although not many, there are a few others here that love the Offroad Wintergreen too.

Even if I do think it's the most vile, disgusting snus ever made.

Lol, that's 15-15 in insult tennis terms sage j/k. Yeah, not that keen on the elixyr energy, but I understand and have felt the energy buzz from it. Like you say, it's a personal thing - I preferred menthol tips with my tobacco when I smoked. I got an order through today, with elixyr pepp'a'rmint (lol), so I'll try that soon.

You just know I had to throw that last part in.

For many, many years, I could not smoke a menthol cigarette without throwing up. My last few years, I learned to smoke them when that was what was available. But hate that kind of thing in my snus

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......

I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

Chief taste/smell ingredient in both Offroad WG & deep h

I found out that Methyl salicylate is the flavouring in both Deep Heat and Offroad Wintergreen, and, sensibly enough, comes from 'Wintergreen' plants. You learn something new every day.

It's a lip and gum-searing burn for sure; much more so than General Wintergreen IMHO.....Try it after you've had nothing but salty white portions in the same spot all day, it'll bring tears to your eyes.
