Most portion snus, especially the stronger varieties, give off an odor of ammonia. Portion snus has more ammonia because it free-bases nicotine, which increases the potency and speed in which its absorbed.

Now y'all have me wanting to try los. Probably going to order some Ettan los with my next order. And now with the new pouch Xobe is sending I'm going to have to make it soon since I just polished off the last tin of Grov I had. Pretty soon I'm going to be like sagedil and stocking 80+ tins. Well, maybe not that bad...

Yep. Just placed an order for some Ettan los and a some Grov portions. And I still have at least a week before I'm even near low enough to consider buying more. >.< I can see myself slipping down this slope just like I did with cigars. But at least I'll be able to give a definite comparison of the differences between the los and portion version when the package comes in.Comment

if its like skoal, the pouches dont work as well because they get in the way of delivery and los has more product to a can.Comment
