I have wondered about people crying recently. I lead about 200 people in 10 different locations and that's one thing that I have seem much more over the last few years is that even guys will cry at almost the drop of the hat.
I get along well with everyone and we have good fun, but when it comes to performance coaching, sometimes people just loose it over little things.
My wife said I should change my name to "He who makes the boys cry" and call it a day.
Now, I am not a nutso leader or anything, I have only lost 3 managers in 2 years and compared the the rest of our company I should have lost 12 or so. Just seems like something relatively new and different with folks.

Good news for me. I am really starting to like the Ettan snus. The salty flavor is really starting to go away and Ettan is pretty great. I could see this being a favorite in the future. I still however long for a cig once and a while so I smoke when I want to but its drastically less than before snus. I was thinking of placing an order for some sterk portions to help kill those cig cravings any suggestions would be very welcomed. I was thinking of some onyx.

Glad you're enjoying Ettan. It's at the top of my favorites list so far, with Grov being close behind it. I actually made my next order to have both since I missed having Grov in the morning after Ettan. Give something like Retro a try and you'll see just how salty some snus can get. After that Ettan and Grov will be much mellower and you'll pick up on more subtleties.
There's plenty of sterk portions out there, just about all will give a very nice buzz. I started off with Skruf Stark and General Sterk. First time I had one of the Skruf portions in I felt like a noob dipping Copenhagen again. You know, when you're new, haven't a clue how big a lip to pack, and do double what you should? That type of buzz. Without the nausea though, just the ridiculous dopamine high. Your results may vary, but mine were groovy.
I know General makes an Extra Sterk blend that's supposed to have a nice kick, and come Saturday or Monday I'll have Grov Svart (black) that's supposed to be a sterk portion. I'll give a heads up on how that is. From what everyone tells me it's like they made a candy sterk portion. Sounds delicious for the mornings with a nice cup of coffee.

Originally posted by SSgtTravThanks. I did freeze the extra cans that I bought. I also vacuum sealed them to keep from getting freezer burn. I bought five cans of the general wintergreen and the OR Apple so 4 of each are freezing right now. I am definately gonna order some more snus I just gotta make room in the freezer. I just gotta figure out what I'm gonna buy. Snusjus where are you in Ohio? I'm from Youngstown originally.
Ettan Portions are far inferior to Ettan Loose. The loose variety is 10x better than the portions. I don't know what the manufacturers were thinking when they formulated Ettan Portions. For me, the flavor is just too dull.
General Wintergreen is the only "mint" flavored snus I enjoy. The only can I tried was almost six months ago but it definitely strikes a balance between wintergreen and tobacco.
Try Lucky Strike Portions! They taste similar to cigarettes in an odd way. They are a bit salty but the aroma and flavor is unbeatable. Anyway, good luck with quitting smoking.

If you like it, great, but I couldn't finish the offroad apple portions. I double barreled them after the first couple, figuring a weak buzz would be the only redeeming feature I could get out of them.
They don't taste like apple, The don't taste like tobacco, and They smell like tootsie rolls(a tire shop and marshmallows)
I too wish there more competitors in that price range, though.
