    Romeo y Julieta: Any good?

I love cigars, and Romeo y Julietas are very well known for their quality and taste.

    How is the snus?

Also, anyone have any problems importing it into the US? It is illegal to posess Cuban cigars in the US... I don't know about "Cuban" snus... and it's not being imported from Cuba, or made in Cuba I'm guessing... Walking a fuzzy line here. Might be a stupid question. Anyone know for sure?

Romeo y Julieta's average imo. There will be a hassle having it sent to the USA. Most places won't... For something kind of similar, try a Gotland snus, or Taboca. They're both better, and can be freely shipped.

I think the R&J is pretty damn good, although I liked the Montecristo better. Just ordered some Montecristo Los so I'm pretty excited about that. It's definitely way different that the swedish match products out there. The closest comparisons in my opinion would be Jakobsons Original and Gotlands Yellow. There is little saltiness, and a taste and aroma almost similar to mandarin oranges or something... I'm no good at calling out flavors though. Anyway, it's different. It's good. Try some. You cannot order it from buysnus.com or Northerner. The only vendor I have had luck with is www.snuskaufenonline.de

Cheap prices, high shipping. Very high shipping. My oprder the other night was $15 for shipping, maybe 10-12 cans. But they will send you the "cuban" stuff.

PS: It's made by Taboca in Sweden, using some (not all) Cuban tobacco in their blend. The embargo applies. Swedish companies will remove these items from your basket if your address is in the US. Try that german site.

Montecristo lös is very good. Small tins, but it's a nice treat every so often.

That is really interesting. I mean, a lot of cigars use Cuban seed, it's just grown in other countries.

The embargo is silly in my opinion.

                  Snuskaufen.de

This company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. They're being clever with a German site, I guess.

I love my anise flavored Romeo y Julieta. The bags are silky.
